Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas has advised the Spanish firm Globalvia in the acquisition of 100% of Ashmore's stake in SF Convias S.A. SF Convias S.A. SF currently operates a 5.4-kilometer highway located in the city of Barranquilla. Globalvia is a lead player in the international infrastructure sector, and this is its first foray into the Colombian market.

Through this acquisition, Globalvia successfully enters the Colombian market and continues to strengthen its portfolio of assets, as well as its international presence.

Globalvia's significant investment goes hand in hand with an ambitious international expansion and asset diversification plan in compliance with its strategic plan and goals.
