By Decree 290 of February 28, 2022, and in order to continue with the economic reactivation of the country, the Ministry of Finance modified Decree 1625 of 2016, establishing as days of exemption from Sales Tax ("VAT") for the year 2022 in Colombia on the eleventh (11) days of March, seventeen (17) of June, and two (2) December.

It is important to bear in mind that the Decree issued by the Ministry of Finance refers to articles 38 and 39 of Law 2155 of 2021 to establish the products and goods subject to these benefits granted by the National Government, so that these products will be the participants in the days established for the year 2022.
