Rates 2019 - Application for Licenses before the Ministry of Justice

The sub-direction for Control and Monitoring of Chemical Substances and Narcotic Drugs of the Ministry of Justice and Law, published a Resolution dated January 2, 2019, informing about applicable rates for the different applications required regarding cannabis licensing (Use of Seeds for Planting, Cultivation of Psychoactive and Non-Psychoactive Cannabis Plants), and for other applications related to said licenses. Likewise, the document provides in its final part, handy instructions for applicants to make payments without any setbacks.

Rates 2019 - Technical Services required before the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA)

The Colombian Agricultural Institute issued Resolution No. 0040063 dated December 28, 2018, announcing the applicable rates for all technical services provided by this entity. For those developing activities in the country related to the use of cannabis for medical and scientific purposes, this information is of great relevance because the updated rates apply to the services they usually require (registration, agronomic evaluation test, registration of commercial cultivars, laboratory analysis of seeds, protection of the rights of breeders of plant varieties and phytosanitary matters).
