Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas provided legal advice to the Inter-American Investment Corporation ("IDB Invest") in the financing granted to On Vacation, a leading Colombian Company in the hotel and tourism industry in Colombia to (i) strengthen its business model; (ii) expand its operation; (iii) promote a green and sustainable transition model and (iv) produce a significant impact in small business and communities in the regions where it currently operates.

Consequently, the resources from the financing will be allocated by On Vacation to promote and strengthen sustainable initiatives such as the installation of renewable energy solutions in its hotels located in the Amazon region, La Guajira and San Andres departments, and in the Tayrona National Park, as well as to bolster local value chains in these areas.

Finally, the financing will be of utmost importance to meet On Vacation’s Environmental, Social, and Governance goals outlined in its strategic plan.
