Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas advised FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank on its first loan granted to a Colombian financial institution.

The loan consisted of a credit facility of up to US$ 50 million granted by FMO to Banco Mundo Mujer S.A. Consequently, the disbursed funds will be used by the borrower to finance a wide range of productive projects, specially directed to micro and small businesses owned primarily by women and female microentrepreneurs.
