Dentons Cardenas & Cardenas advised Manufacturas S.A.S., a subsidiary of Acesco Colombia S.A.S. on the acquisition of 65% of the shares of Alurack S.A.S., a strategic aluminum producer in the country.

The result of this transaction is a strategic move performed by Acesco Colombia S.A.S. as it continues to strengthen its presence in the Colombian market. In this way, it is expected that Acesco Colombia S.A.S. continues to position itself as a key player in the construction and aluminum production industry in Colombia.
