We advised Colbún S.A. during the pre-qualification process and with the transaction’s investment structure, and performed a legal due diligence on Isagen S.A. E.S.P. The estimated price of the transaction is US$2 billion.
- Reserved: Acting as counsel in a cross-border acquisition involving two Colombian companies engaged in thermal power generation. We conducted due diligence on said companies and worked on the transaction closing documentation.
- Empresa de Energía de Bogotá: Advising this company in its capacity as guarantor in the financing for two energy transmission projects in Central America.
